Are you old enough to remember the nigft surfing contest at City Beach ? Perhaps you've done a full moon paddle out or found a groyne with a decent light.
Red Bull have taken the night surfing idea to another level - night surfing at Pipeline. Okay its not maxing 15 foot second reef but it seems to have dished out a beating or two. I'm not sure if the surfers felt safe from sharks because the surf photographers were more likely bait balls ????
